Bad week....

So, for those of you who haven't spoken to me recently, let me update you on my less that wonderful week...

Wednesday Night, I was in a car accident. (Only PARTIALLY my fault.... insurance co. claims me at 25% responsible.... not sure how that works...) Totalled my Kia (Thank goodness I wasn't in my new Durango) and has caused me a lot of muscle aches and bruises of unknown causes. (I have a bruise on my chest from the seatbelt, and also one on my hip from the seatbelt.... but I have one on my Knee *I don't remember hitting my knee* and one on my wrist.... again... NO IDEA how that happened)
The good things that came of this?
1. They are paying off my Kia... so I don't have to worry about selling it.
2. My Friend Lea-Ann was there (in a seperate car) so atleast I wasn't alone.
3. My insurance is only going up like.... $8 a month, but I get to drop the insurance on the kia... so it is actually dropping about $45 a month!
Over-all, I am ok. I will see the doctor again on Monday about my hip because i am having some problems walking and I want to make sure that it is ok before I go back to PT. On the high note, my Friend Lea-Ann has already found a house, and Dave will be home in about 80-90 days. *Jumps for Joy*
I also got a new job that I will be starting soon. Still a medic with the Army, but going to be working at the Soldier Readiness Center giving shots and de-mobilizing all of the soldiers coming home. So that should be MUCH better tha OB/GYN!

Jenni, I am glad you are ok, but sorry for what you had to go through. I lost my Cavalier this year to an accident that was partly my fault, so I know what it is like., except I did not get any muscle pain or bumps and bruises. You can never trust anyone out on the road these days.

On a positive note, congrats on the new job. It is such a wonderful feeling knowing you will be doing something much more exciting and will actually enjoy going to work evey day.

By the way, I wanted to tell you I had a dream the other night, and Dave and a few of his friends and you and I were in it and all I clearly remember was you were just hanging out and suddenly you put on some music and it was Paul McCartney and I was like - I love McCartney too, what a coincidence. I don't remember the song it was, but it was just very interesting. Do you like the Beatles at all?

I do like the Beatles.... although I have never really listened to Paul McCartney solo. The Beatles were the first great Boy Band! LOL just kidding! Wierd that you are dreaming about me and music.... maybe it's an omen.... like I need to sing for Paul so he can notice my brilliance! *smiles*
